Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist

About the Opportunity:The Customer Service and Rebate Processing Specialist plays a vital role in supporting multiple clients by providing customer service and processing rebate data. This position ensures accurate data management and effective communication to uphold service quality and contribute to the organization’s clean energy mission. 3. Responsibilities:• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions• Enter data into various database applications• Compile, sort, interpret, and verify received data and sourcing documents• Communicate effectively with other departments to service customers• Respond to customer emails and phone calls• Deliver exceptional customer service in a customer-centric environment• Safeguard confidential customer information• Perform other assigned duties 4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 6 am and 6 pm• Minimum 6 months of related call center experience• Proficiency in 10-key data entry• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel• Strong attention to detail• Strong organizational and prioritization skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Positive and customer-friendly outlook• Reliable high-speed and secure home internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and collaboration tools• Interest in sustainability and environmental impact 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Base salary range: $17/hr to $21/hr, determined based on experience, education, and location• Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus 6.
