Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English fluency with an exceptionally clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
- High-Volume Call Experience: Proven success handling heavy inbound call volumes (150 to 280 calls per day during peak periods) without sacrificing quality or composure.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Pipedrive (or a similar CRM), Aircall (or a similar cloud phone system), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Teams).
- Professional Background: Prior experience in high-volume inbound intake, legal/medical booking, or professional services support.
- No Legal Background Required: We will train you on the specifics; we value your intake and customer service superpowers above all else.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience or exposure working within a legal support or law firm environment.
What to Expect
Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Your first 30-60-90 days at LTVplus will include:
- Training for 8 hours, Monday through Sunday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET.
