Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
- Maintain computerized passenger boarding systems
- Support customers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
- Adjust customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as necessary
- Operate the Jetway and motorized service vehicles
- Unload and load baggage and cargo
- Park and guide aircraft
- Perform cabin maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and meet corporate objectives
Requirements
- Successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course
- Able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications and Competencies
- Completion of a training course
- Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational and prioritization abilities
- Ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous airline experience
- Experience as a front-line customer service provider
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting up to 70 pounds
- Assisting passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Clear 10-year Criminal History Records Check
- Pass a drug screen as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
