Customer Service Agent, Cross Functional (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Maintain computerized passenger boarding systems
• Support customers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
• Adjust customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as necessary
• Operate the Jetway to load and unload baggage and cargo
• Drive motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks as part of the team
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives

Requirements

• Successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course
• Be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications and Competencies

• Completion of a training course
• Able to meet company goals and customer expectations in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline experience
• Experience as a front-line customer service provider
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Physical Requirements

• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs
• Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly
• Assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs

Work Environment

• Use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment
• Airport ramp environment, subject to varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels
• All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts
