About the role
SpeedWash Car Wash is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated people to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. If you have experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Cashier, Front Desk Associate, Food Service Team Member, or Hospitality Team Member, this could be a great fit. No car wash experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you how to succeed in customer service, sales, and membership growth.
In this role, you will create a great first impression for every customer. This is a customer-facing sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, working toward goals, and being part of a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy, positivity, and professionalism
- Promote and sell membership plans by highlighting value and benefits
- Build customer relationships through great service and clear communication
- Support your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance according to company standards
- Explain our wash options, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, answer questions, and help customers choose the membership that fits them best
Requirements

Pay
$12/hr + commission
