Your Role & Impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, text, and email.
  • Clock in as the go-to person for customer inquiries and support.
  • Coordinate service appointments and manage field technician schedules.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining precise customer records and managing account updates.
  • Support sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and admin tasks.
