Your Role & Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, text, and email.
- Clock in as the go-to person for customer inquiries and support.
- Coordinate service appointments and manage field technician schedules.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining precise customer records and managing account updates.
- Support sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and admin tasks.
