Responsibilities
- Lead Short Loop meetings with new claims information
- Investigate warranty issues and assign to party responsible through GIMs (Global Issue Management System)
- Work with plants to investigate processes that can be associated with warranty improvements
- Expedite part analysis for results on high priority investigations as a result of Short Loop
- Communicate warranty and plant quality issues between Control Tower and solving teams
- Ensure vehicle warranty is accurately documented
- Ensure warranty claim coverage and portfolio for assigned product lines/plants
- Involvement in new launches FEW (Field Early Warning) focus
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Quality/Warranty field (preferably Automotive related)
- Excellent MS360 Tool skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Team building and networking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of current experience in the Quality/Warranty Field that is directly Automotive Related
