We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short p or drop it. Must preserve all substantive info; remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans". Also remove "Nearest Major Market: New York City". Also remove "Location: Teterboro, NJ, US, 07608 Flexible Work Arrangement: Remote Job Category: Flight Services Career Level: Professional Requisition Id: 6541". That's metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. Probably we can include a short p with location and remote arrangement? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a p with location and flexible work arrangement maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The location and remote arrangement are substantive? Possibly yes. We'll include a short p at top:

Location: Teterboro, NJ (remote flexible work arrangement available).

Or we could drop it? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; location is substantive. So include. Now sections: About the role: we have Position Summary paragraph. So we can put

About the role

then

Position Summary ...

(the paragraph). Ensure we keep all details. Responsibilities: we have "Your Role" bullet list. So

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet
. Need to capture each bullet exactly as given. Requirements: we have "Your Profile" bullet list. That includes Bachelor's degree, five years experience, three years practical corporate aircraft management experience, flexible work schedules, frequent travel, self-educator, may be required to be 21+, driver's license, background check, Airport ID badge, client-focused. So we can put those as Requirements. Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we have separate headings list; we need to include only when posting has real specific content. The posting has "Your Profile" which could be considered Requirements. There's also "Desired Characteristics" which could be Skills or Qualifications. We could treat "Desired Characteristics" as Skills. Also there is "Additional Details" about benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned; so omit. Schedule: not mentioned specifically; only flexible work schedules mentioned in Requirements; but not a specific schedule. So we omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (Desired Characteristics), Benefits. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to strip boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans" remove. Also "Nearest Major Market: New York City" remove. Also maybe "At Jet Aviation we believe in selecting the best candidates..." that's part of Additional Details but we can keep as part of Benefits? Actually that's a paragraph about selection process; could be part of About the role? But it's more about hiring process. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about interview process. The instruction says remove application instructions. This is about interview process; maybe keep? It's substantive about selection process. Could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role as Position Summary. Could add another paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; so we should keep that paragraph. Where to place? Could be under About the role as additional paragraph. Or we could create a section "Hiring Process" but not in allowed headings. So we fold into About the role. Similarly "At Jet Aviation eligible employees can enjoy a comprehensive package..." is Benefits. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. Let's extract text. Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans Nearest Major Market: New York City We need to remove the boilerplate lines: "Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans" and "Nearest Major Market: New York City". Also maybe remove the repeated "At Jet Aviation eligible employees can enjoy..."? No, that's substantive benefits. Now construct HTML. Start with a p for location and flexible work arrangement: maybe combine location and remote.

Location: Teterboro, NJ (remote flexible work arrangement available).

But we also have list of possible base locations: Teterboro, NJ; Savannah, GA; West Palm Beach, FL; Scottsdale, AZ; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX. That's substantive; we should include that. Could include in About the role paragraph or separate p. The Position Summary mentions "This hybrid position can be based out of most Jet Aviation locations in the US network." Then list of locations with em dash. So we should preserve that list. So we can include that as part of About the role paragraph after the Position Summary. Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: Position Summary paragraph and the base locations list. Now Responsibilities: list from "Your Role". Ensure we capture each bullet exactly. Requirements: list from "Your Profile". Note that some bullets also include client-focused which is also a skill; but we keep it in Requirements. Skills: from "Desired Characteristics". We'll list each bullet. Benefits: from "Additional Details" paragraph about benefits. Also maybe include the sentence about selection process? That could be part of About the role or separate? We'll keep it as part of About the role? Actually it's about hiring process; not benefits. Could be a separate section "Hiring Process" but not allowed. So we could fold into About the role as another paragraph. But we already have About the role with Position Summary and base locations. Adding another paragraph about selection process may be okay. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding extra paragraph to About the role is fine. Thus About the
