About the role
The Customer Advocate (CA) facilitates communication between Great Day Improvements, LLC (GDI) customers and the company. Cross-trained in various office roles for PTO coverage, the CA provides assistance across all project areas and maintains customer communication through the "JUMP" program.
Responsibilities
- Handle questions and problems from customers
- Keep customers informed with regular updates on project progress
- Bring together relevant GDI personnel to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a customer call log
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer/client services, call center, help desk, or similar industries
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using technology and IT systems, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and quick-thinking abilities
- Proactive approach to managing customer interactions and providing win-win solutions
- Great business sense and judgment
