The Customer Outreach Specialist will communicate professionally with hearing health industry professionals and clients, working both independently and as part of a team. Success in this position involves objectivity, open-mindedness, responsiveness to feedback, and contributing to team cohesiveness.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls, send text messages, and emails to reengage lapsed customers who have not visited our retail clinics for more than one year.
• Utilize relationship-building skills to enhance the patient experience.
• Operate with a high level of detail accuracy.
• Intake, process, and relay relevant information regarding patient feedback.
• Be knowledgeable about scheduling procedures and Starkey HearCare's Customer Care Center best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in appointment type and referral source selection.
• Develop advanced knowledge of operating systems and digital resources.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing patient experience and overcoming objections.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent work history.
• History of successful phone-based customer interaction.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Adept at using search tools, browsers, and email features, including attaching files to correspondence.
• Ability to organize and multitask between phone calls, emails, and text messages while communicating with the team.
• Proficient problem-solving, analytical abilities, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation.

Pay

The target pay rate for this position is between $16.29 and $21.00 per hour, depending on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the company’s plan.
