About the role

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of a fast-growing proptech company that transforms shared living by making long-term rentals safe, easy, and affordable. They will own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships
  • Work closely with vendors, tenants, engineering, and off-shore support while simplifying complex workflows on the phone
  • Operate in a high-ownership CS role shaping proptech's future, coordinating launches and driving product/process improvements

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of total experience
  • Proven track record in customer success or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Passion for proptech and shared living solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM system proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
