About the role
The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the rapid growth of a fast-growing proptech company that transforms shared living by making long-term rentals safe, easy, and affordable. They will own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and success for landlords, driving lease-ups and operational excellence with high-stakes relationships
- Work closely with vendors, tenants, engineering, and off-shore support while simplifying complex workflows on the phone
- Operate in a high-ownership CS role shaping proptech's future, coordinating launches and driving product/process improvements
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of total experience
- Proven track record in customer success or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Passion for proptech and shared living solutions
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
