Keys Responsibilities
- Monitor and process daily incoming orders for assigned Oracle based customers.
- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information.
- Adjust shipping dates to align with customer requirements and current transit times.
- Cook up with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Resolve common errors to progress orders through the order management system.
- Maintain order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Communicate order updates, shipping information, and issues to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
- Aid in processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
About You
- 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates confident decisiveness and a willingness to take action when addressing customer issues.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to time management.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Full-Time.
- Relocation is not provided.
