About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Operations department supporting the onboarding process for new pharmacy and specialty distribution customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities for new customer accounts from initiation through activation.
- Review onboarding requirements and ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate onboarding tasks across multiple internal departments.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Monitor onboarding timelines and assist in meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects, accounts, or customer requests simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems.
- Ability to analyze customer information and resolve issues proactively.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
