Customer Marketing Manager, Startups

Job Summary

Support how our client builds and nurtures relationships with startup customers, from initial success through long-term advocacy
Sit at the intersection of Startup Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to identify high-growth, AI-native companies and elevate their stories
Develop deep understanding of startup customers' products, growth trajectory, and use cases
Balance high-touch bespoke partnerships with scaled 1:many programs
Own storytelling program from identification through creation and distribution
Partner cross-functionally to match customers to the right co-marketing motion
Translate stories into multiple formats (video, editorial, case studies, social, press, speaking)
Build multi-format campaigns to accelerate market adoption
Define and reinforce co-marketing positioning and enablement with Sales

Requirements

• 6+ years of customer marketing experience, ideally B2B SaaS
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills with proven business results
• Experience building relationships with technical executives and business leaders
• Experience across customer sizes, from Enterprise to startups
• Track record creating content across formats (text, video, events)
• Skilled in amplifying customer stories across channels for growth impact
• Data-driven approach to measuring program impact
• Strong multi-project management skills
• History of cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Communications)
• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution
