Customer Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are immediately hiring a Customer Logistics Supervisor in Humboldt, TN for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor, coordinator, and overseer of logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Create and implement work schedules and procedures to coordinate activities of the workers for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Moderate and motivate team members, monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize team and individual successes.
• Foster a team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
• Evaluate team members’ performance, recommend performance awards and merit increases, and address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.

• Requirements

  • H.S. diploma/GED required.
  • One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
  • One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

  Pay

  Annual Salary Pay: $60,000.00 per year based on experience.

  Schedule

  Tuesday - Saturday 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
