Pay
Pay Type: Salary
Annual Salary Pay: $60,000 annually
Schedule
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 01:30pm-10:00pm (Must be flexible)
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
- Plan and review logistics processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications
- Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes
- Carry out performance evaluations of the team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
- Responsible for implementing health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, and adhering to company rules and policies
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and lead hands, giving them the information, technology, and any materials necessary to perform their jobs
Essential Functions

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
- 0 to one (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- DOT Regulated: No
