About the role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Customer Integration Manager to support the Freightview platform. This role involves helping customers integrate C.H. Robinson's products with third-party software to increase value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new Freightview customers, including setup, configuration, carrier connectivity, and successful launch execution.
  • Provide training and best practices to drive adoption and ensure customers effectively utilize Freightview capabilities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, investigating and troubleshooting technical and operational challenges.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Manage integration projects (APIs, EDI, carrier connections), translating business requirements into technical solutions and overseeing testing through deployment.
  • Maintain integration performance and identify opportunities to optimize data flow and connectivity.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to enhance processes, improve outcomes, and inform product enhancements.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and develop scalable solutions to improve onboarding, integrations, and support workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation, track key metrics, and contribute insights to drive ongoing process and product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with customer interactions
  • Familiarity with C.H. Robinson’s systems
  • Familiarity with C.H. Robinson’s business model and customer dynamics (e.g., accessorial, customer requirements)
