Job description
Run the integrations that fuel the firm's growth.
This role is for a wealth management professional who can run complex integrations end to end — and make the process better every time.
- Own the end-to-end integration process from LOI through full operational handoff, managing the firm's 13-page integration checklist across every acquisition.
- Coordinate repapering, CRM migration to Orion and Redtail, technology onboarding with the firm's Managed Service Provider, and billing alignment to the firm's fee schedule.
- Set up due diligence files and track integration milestones, escalating issues to the COO, the operations manager, or the head of advisor success as needed.
- Navigate decisions with acquired firms on timelines and process — professionally, constructively, and without losing the thread.
- Travel to acquisition sites for onboarding visits, typically 2–3 days per engagement.
- Develop and refine integration playbooks between active cycles, and help establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to track integration success over time.
- Collaborate day-to-day with the COO, the operations manager, and the head of advisor success.
The ideal candidate:
- Has wealth management industry experience — this role demands an understanding of how advisory firms operate, how custodial and CRM systems connect, and what it feels like to be on the receiving end of a platform migration.
- Has strong project management discipline — you'll be running multiple workstreams simultaneously across a 90–120 day cycle, and nothing can fall through the cracks.
- Has tenacity and constructive pushback skills — acquired firms don't always move at the pace you need, and this role requires you to hold the line without damaging the relationship.
- Is comfortable with Monday.com or other structured project management platforms.
- Has detail orientation and organizational rigor — the checklist is 13 pages for a reason.
- Is willing to travel for site visits, typically 2–3 days per engagement, 3-4 times per year.
- Has experience having personally lived through a firm acquisition from the acquired side — considered a meaningful asset.
