Customer Insurance Rep/Licensed Agent /Account Manager

About the role

We are an independent property and casualty insurance agency in Lower Bucks County. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Insurance Agent/Customer Service Rep/Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and changes on insurance carrier websites (Travelers, Safeco, etc.)
• Quote using a comparative rater and issue policies
• Utilize The Agency Manager (TAM)
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently in a regulated industry
• Interact effectively with clients by telephone, in person, via email, and through written correspondence
• Provide excellent follow-through and follow-up services
• Work collaboratively as part of an expanding team

Requirements

• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Willing to learn industry software and online systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Experience processing applications and changes on insurance carrier websites
• Experience quoting using a comparative rater and issuing policies
• Experience utilizing The Agency Manager (TAM)

Qualifications

• A PA Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred but not required
