About the role
Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company that transforms cash flow management for small and medium-sized businesses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver up to 8 live product demos daily to prospects and leads.
- Manage your pipeline of SQLs and dormant accounts, following up persistently.
- Drive customers to their first payment within 60 days of account creation.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth account handoffs and ongoing engagement.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years experience in quota-carrying or high-volume sales roles.
- Proven track record of hitting activity targets and closing deals.
- Comfortable on camera and phone, energized by a full calendar.
- Confident presenter with strong persuasion skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a genuine interest in payments and SMBs.
Qualifications
Transparent bonus structure with fast payouts. Flexible hybrid working arrangement from Dallas, TX. 20 days PTO annually, plus public holidays and sick leave. $100 monthly commuter benefit.
