About the role
CINC Systems is the largest provider of software solutions in the community management space, delivering innovative technology to enhance the way communities are managed. We're seeking an experienced Customer Growth Manager to join our team, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our suite of products, including our new AI-powered solutions, to our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Competitive Selling: Engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Provide value-added solutions and drive revenue growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Solution Demonstrations: Deliver compelling demonstrations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in community management or software industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with industry-leading software.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the community management or property management industry.
- Certification in sales or account management, such as CSP or CSM.
- Experience with AI-powered solutions and their applications in community management.
