Customer Experience Supervisor
Job Duties
- Aid customers in scheduling service appointments.
- Inform clients about the progress of their vehicles undergoing service.
- Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information from manufacturer websites.
- Sell necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.
Work Experience And Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty dealership or diesel service environment.
- Proficient in dealer business systems such as ADP Dealer System.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Skilled in using computer and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
