Job Duties

  • Aid customers in scheduling service appointments.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their vehicles undergoing service.
  • Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information from manufacturer websites.
  • Sell necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.

Work Experience And Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a heavy-duty dealership or diesel service environment.
  • Strong understanding of dealer business systems, such as ADP Dealer System.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
