Customer Experience Student Worker

About the role
The Customer Experience Part-Time Student will coordinate with internal functions, including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT. The role involves working directly in multiple systems to gain experience in business acumen and order fulfillment. This position provides real-world experience in a customer experience operations environment, along with:
- Formal orientation and onboarding
- Individualized development and feedback
- Regular interface with site leadership through one-on-one meetings
- Development of organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with SAP, a large ERP system
- Networking opportunities
Schedule
Part-Time, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office, up to 20 hours per week.
Pay
$23.00 per hour with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses.

Requirements
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university, working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a closely related major
- Overall and within-major GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying close attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy in coordinating shipments and customer requests across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
