Customer Experience Representative – Entry Level

About the role

GEM is expanding its team and hiring Entry-Level Customer Experience Representatives to support in-person marketing, community engagement, and event campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a team. No previous marketing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and members of the community
• Represent client organizations in a professional and positive manner
• Provide information about campaigns, services, and initiatives
• Create welcoming and engaging customer experiences
• Assist with events, promotional activities, and community campaigns
• Answer questions and communicate information clearly
• Work with teammates to accomplish campaign objectives
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional approach throughout the workday
