Customer Experience Intern (Spring 2027)

About the role

VelocityEHS is accepting Co-op/Intern student applicants able to work 40 hours per week between the months of January 2027 – April 2027 for approximately 14–16 weeks. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States or Canada. The opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity out of our Oakville, ON office may be available for those interested.

Responsibilities

• Manage different projects with varying timelines
• Step into recurring projects that require routine updates, enhancements, or maintenance to stay within compliance
• Participate in routine check-ins with your mentor, goal setting, and interactions with program leads and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-related field such as Kinesiology, Engineering, Public and Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Science
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working independently as well as in a team setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organized, thorough, and attentive to detail

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in either or both the Software and Environmental, Health & Safety industries
• Previous related internship or work-term experience
