Key Responsibilities
- Create positive customer interactions and address concerns promptly
- Train, mentor, and coach Associates on customer service and store policies
- Manage register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks
- Ensure tasks are completed per store plan, prioritizing effectively
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
- Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety initiatives
- Promote loyalty, credit programs, and adherence to policies and laws
- Afford assistance in fostering a collaborative, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to respond to change and work effectively with others
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Capability to train and develop team members
