Responsibilities

• Greet every client with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointments: create, edit, reschedule, and keep the schedule on track.
• Notify barbers and stylists when clients arrive and keep the day running efficiently.
• Answer phones, emails, and client questions promptly and courteously.
• Assist with membership questions, promotions, and new sign‑ups.
• Take notes in client profiles to personalize future visits.
• Check clients out for services, memberships, and product purchases.
• Serve drinks (alcoholic and non‑alcoholic) as part of the hospitality experience.
• Keep reception and lounge areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
