Role Overview
Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading front-end operations, mentoring Associates, and promoting loyalty programs. Ensures a positive shopping environment through excellent service, store organization, and adherence to policies. Acts as a role model by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises front store team
- Manages register assignments
- Addresses customer concerns
- Supports training initiatives
- Promotes safety, honesty, and integrity
- Supports store goals such as shrink reduction and loyalty programs
- Communicates effectively with team members and management, providing updates and feedback
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of retail experience with six months in leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt to change
- Must be a team player and capable of training others
