Role Overview

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading front-end operations, mentoring Associates, and promoting loyalty programs. Ensures a positive shopping environment through excellent service, store organization, and adherence to policies. Acts as a role model by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises front store team
  • Manages register assignments
  • Addresses customer concerns
  • Supports training initiatives
  • Promotes safety, honesty, and integrity
  • Supports store goals such as shrink reduction and loyalty programs
  • Communicates effectively with team members and management, providing updates and feedback

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum one year of retail experience with six months in leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Must be a team player and capable of training others
