Responsibilities

  • Promote an excellent customer experience through prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs
  • Lead and mentor Associates, ensuring store organization and outstanding service
  • Train staff on customer personalization, store procedures, and loyalty initiatives
  • Manage register assignments, POS support, and break coordination
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with team and management, providing updates and feedback
  • Support store goals such as shrink reduction and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and work collaboratively
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
