Responsibilities
- Promote an excellent customer experience through prompt, courteous service and loyalty programs
- Lead and mentor Associates, ensuring store organization and outstanding service
- Train staff on customer personalization, store procedures, and loyalty initiatives
- Manage register assignments, POS support, and break coordination
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team and management, providing updates and feedback
- Support store goals such as shrink reduction and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and work collaboratively
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
