Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt, courteous service and a positive shopping environment
- Train and mentor Associates on customer service and store procedures
- Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and support POS coverage
- Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team and management, setting priorities
- Support store goals and uphold store cleanliness and organization
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to respond to changing situations and work a flexible schedule
- Team player with training and coaching abilities
