Customer Experience Coordinator
About the role
The Customer Experience Coordinator will support Amerisure's mission to provide exceptional service to agency customers and policyholders. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, addressing customer needs, and ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency customers, policyholders, and internal business partners to develop and implement service strategies that address customer needs.
- Recognize and escalate service requests that are outside of prescribed service guidelines.
- Educate agencies and policyholders about the tools and resources Amerisure has available to improve the customer experience.
- Absorb and prepare for service-related reviews, ensuring necessary updates are made before meetings.
- Assist with assembling new account onboarding materials, account resource guides, stewardship reports, and other materials as required.
- Maintain data integrity for large complex policyholders.
- Proactively address any gaps in service between Amerisure and agency or policyholder.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of commercial underwriting, premium audit, commercial agency, loss control, or claims experience.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Ability to make prompt, intelligent decisions based upon detailed analysis of complex issues.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.

- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and services.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience with customer relationship management systems.

Schedule
This position is a 3-day hybrid approach onsite in one of Amerisure's offices.
