Responsibilities

• Lead a team and foster a culture of excellence in customer experience
• Identify and deliver on training and coaching opportunities
• Identify and implement improvements to customer service processes and tools
• Identify opportunities to share best practices with other customer‑facing teams
• Oversee day‑to‑day team functioning, including rostering and task allocation
• Lead and continually improve the service offered by the Customer Service team

Requirements

• People leadership and relationship skills
• Passion for customer service
• Post‑secondary qualification or relevant experience and work skills in Administration and Customer Service
• Energetic and engaging personality
• Victorian driver licence
• Valid Victorian Working with Children Check

Pay

Hourly rate: commencing at $45.53 per hour + Super + Annual Leave Loading (Band 6/6A under Alpine Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2023).
