Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plans territory/account approach and manages own resources
  • Affords assistance in training new team members
  • Affords assistance in creating account development plans
  • Performs inventory management for customer-specific material
  • Communicates with operations team and may serve as a production meeting representative
  • Occasional face-to-face customer interaction and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years prior sales or industry experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of product offerings, ERP systems, and markets served
  • General understanding of metal processes and products
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimal travel required. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected with advance notice
