Customer Engagement Specialist

Our focus is to provide service and solutions from concept through on-time delivery that meet your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) needs. What You’ll Do As a Customer Engagement Specialist In this role, you’ll be creating quotes, negotiating pricing, and scheduling orders to help drive profitability. You’ll Determines pricing for quotationsCollaborates with purchasing to provide information for bidding raw componentsCommunicates with production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on time delivery to customersMaintains working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure customer service excellence Reviewing and resolving customer concerns, quality issues, and payment discrepancies involving the appropriate parties when necessary What Makes You a Great Fit High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experienceCollege level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experienceEntrepreneurial approach to balance winning new orders while improving profit marginStrong math skills to accurately manage product cost dataStrong interpersonal, customer contact skills, and telephone etiquetteDemonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office required, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel What To Expect In This Role Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to varied work environmentsTravel to customer sites as needed Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing business environmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Why Kirby Risk?
