About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist who loves building relationships and making customers' lives easier. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to our customers — getting to know their goals, guiding them to success, and making sure they see real value from our products and services every step of the way. You're results-driven, organized, and genuinely energized by helping people succeed. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Service teams, playing a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement across the business. This is a remote role. Candidates based on the West Coast are ideal, but we welcome applicants from any location who can work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building relationships rooted in trust.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and beyond, helping them get the most out of our products.
  • Keep a pulse on customer satisfaction and proactively spot ways to elevate their experience.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to resolve issues quickly and keep service delivery seamless.
  • Team up with Sales to spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities that support customer growth.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, capturing every interaction and milestone.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A knack for juggling multiple accounts, projects, and priorities without missing a beat.
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, equally comfortable working solo or as part of a team.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM PST - remote.
