Customer Engagement Representative

This is a hybrid position (4 days per week on-site in Madison) requiring strong time management, customer service, and organization skills, with excellent phone communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies inbound marketing leads and schedules sales appointments.
• Utilizes the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system following standard work.
• Maintains open communication with the field sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads from Marketing to Sales.
• Meets individual daily, monthly, and quarterly sales appointment targets.
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge to support conversion from lead to appointment by providing phone consultations.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, and Regulatory Affairs to support customer satisfaction.
• Actively participates in Daily Management meetings to stay updated on KPIs, appointment metrics, and conversion rates.
• Participates in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS).
• Attends required onsite and offsite department trainings.
• Follows company policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or related experience.
• CRM experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Self-driven with ability to establish trust and integrity with customers.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business management fundamentals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn computer systems.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents in English.
• Proven ability to prioritize work and manage changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to build rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.

Pay

$21.80 - $26.70 per hour
