Customer Engagement Applications Engineer - BBP
About the role
Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs. Implement detailed installation plans. Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products. Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware/software issues, scope feature requests to improve current products, and collect requirements for future products. Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams. Maintain strategic customer relationships. Deliver technical presentations and customer training. Assist sales teams with technical assessments and product specifications.

Skills

Pay
Base Pay Range: $78,200.00 - $132,900.00 Annually
Schedule
Up to 20% travel required to support high-volume manufacturing sites.
