General Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance and correct SAP and JDE ERP Customer Data
• Review of Customer Master Data for accuracy
• Monitoring of Associated Team Mailboxes
• MS Access Data Maintenance and Reporting
• Communicates with Internal and External customers on customer data related issues.
• Affords assistance on special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience Required

• Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• 1 to 3 Year related work experience preferred
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Process oriented

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry
• Familiarity with JDE and/or SAP System
