Position : Customer Data Steward (Must ERP, SAP, JDE & MfgPro) Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 12 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client: Medical Device Company Department: Division: Commercial Operations Reports To: Manager, Customer Data Management Level Of Experience: Mid-Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Only)

Job Description

- Responsible for assisting the Manager, Customer Master Data on projects related to customer data in the various ERP Systems, including JDE, MfgPro and SAP. Includes updates to systems for customer data and associated attributes. - Will assist in customer data analysis for accuracy in customer comparison. - The Data Steward will collaborate with team members and will assist with ad hoc projects related to customer - master data as needed including the current project to move MfgPro to SAP. - The Data Steward will perform key business functions, including data updates, data review and reporting.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain, enhance and correct Customer Data - Review of Customer Master Data for accuracy - Monitoring of Associated Team Mailboxes - MS Access Data Maintenance and Reporting - Communicates with Internal and External customers on customer data related issues. - Assists on special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience Required

- Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Access - 1to3Year related work experience preferred - Strong customer orientation and communication skills - Process oriented

Additional Desirable Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge: - Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry - Familiarity with JDE and/or SAP System
