Essential Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Monitor Contract Data Management team workload.
  • Maintain Contract Administration Log, tracking all incoming contracts for review and reporting.
  • Review, interpret, and ensure compliance of all contracts submitted by the Sales team.
  • Create and maintain customer records within the Company’s customer billing system.
  • Correct, amend, and append customer data as reported via CRM processes.
  • Adjust customer billing set up as customers are activated or deactivated.
  • Generate and work reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage and maintain customer database.
  • Work with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate customer set up.
  • Identify staffing concerns, training needs, process improvements, and departmental efficiencies.
  • Review and assess personal development plans to ensure on-track to meet responsibilities and skill set development.

Qualifications

  • Ability to direct staff and workload.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret contracts, pricing, and equipment transmittals, etc.
  • Write reports and business correspondence.
  • Present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups of managers and customers.
  • Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in various forms.
  • Type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient using integrated systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Very organized and detail-oriented.
  • Multi-task and interact well with management.
  • Work well in a team environment and independently; work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

Education and Training

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of one year experience in contract review, document compliance, or document examination.
  • JDE experience preferred but not required.
