This role has administrative functions including reporting and coordination with customers, Operations, Project Coordinators/Directors/Managers, and Subcontractors. This is an in-office position reporting to the Office or General Manager.**Essential Functions**+ Payroll timesheets entries+ Updates the system RM (Restoration Manager)+ Notates statuses changes from the project team+ Sits in on weekly WIP (Work in Progress) meetings+ Sets up new vendors for BMS CAT+ Processes check requests and employee reimbursements as needed+ Completes daily deposit+ Assists with the onboarding process for new employees**Experience and Skill Requirements**+ Knowledge of A/P and A/R+ Strong communication skills, especially over the phone+ Ability to multi-task+ Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices. highly preferred+ Knowledge of construction and mitigation workflow and associated terminology+ Excellent time management skills+ Ability to work independently**Benefits and Compensation**Your compensation will vary by experience level.
