Job Description

• Fixes basic network issues.
• Runs basic reports on network health.
• Performs possible extension operations such as customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks; processing vendor invoices; developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems.
• Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
• Drives the following activities to ensure success at the product line, market, platform and business unit level:
• Address all pricing and GPO tiering customer requests, create contract summaries and route through Apttus for new or renewing contracts, submit SalesForce.com cases for analytic requests, help the sales teams navigate needs and requests, and assist in RFP responses and cross references.
• Assist Sales in completing Additional Value Request (AVR) forms for presentation and approval by management.
• Manage local contract pricing life cycle (creation, maintenance and expiration) for assigned territory.
• Participate in the development of business strategies and pricing guidelines as requested.
