Job Summary
The position is responsible for supporting the GPO Contract Membership team with the administration of contract membership eligibility for national GPO agreements. This information is provided to customers, distributors, and internal business teams.
Accountabilities
- Identify BD’s customer number based on customer address demographics using various data sources.
- Validate customers are eligible for and aligned to the appropriate GPO contracts/tier.
- Utilize Membership Analytics database to ensure customers are SGA (Single Group Affiliation) by identifying customer contract connections to be expired.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, including data acquisition, data mining, and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency and advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (must demonstrate strong abilities with VLookups, pivot tables, and other analytic formulas).
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a variable workload to meet schedules with accurate results.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment, be self-motivated, and multi-task while achieving expectations.
- Analytical problem solver.
- Preferred experience in ERP (SAP) and reporting (Business Intelligence) systems.
