About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively using available resources.

- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
