About the role

The Customer Contact Center Representative 1 plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively using available resources.

  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
