Customer Care Specialist (Remote - Portland & Surrounding Areas)
- .
- Requirements: The section "What Makes You a Great Fit" includes bullet points: compassionate, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences. Customer service experience required; 1–2 years of call center or telephone-based customer support experience preferred; Experience in healthcare, hospital settings, financial services, or patient-facing roles is a plus; Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is preferred; Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team-oriented mindset.
We could treat these as Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred; Skills = specific abilities. But we can combine.
We have: Customer service experience required (mandatory). 1–2 years call center experience preferred (preferred). Experience in healthcare etc is a plus (preferred). Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines preferred. Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving skills (skills). Ability to work independently while maintaining positive team-oriented mindset (skill/attribute).
We could put Requirements: Customer service experience required. Qualifications: 1–2 years call center experience preferred; Experience in healthcare/hospital/financial services/patient-facing roles a plus; Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines preferred. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team-oriented mindset.
But we must not create sections with filler. All these have content.
- Work-From-Home Requirements: Dedicated workspace, quiet private area, ability to work in a room without others present; Internet requirements: fiber internet service from: minimum speed 100 Mbps download, 35 Mbps upload; password-protected private internet connection; available Ethernet port; Equipment pickup on a Friday October 23rd within Beaverton, OR. Then will start first day remotely and going forward on Monday October 26th.
This could be considered Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Remote Work Requirements". But we only have allowed sections; we could put under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? It's more like Requirements for remote work. Could be part of Requirements.
- Why Join Our Team? bullet list: Make a meaningful impact..., Work from comfort..., Receive ongoing training..., Be part of supportive team..., Grow your customer service and healthcare industry experience. This is benefits/perks but not formal benefits. Could be under Benefits? But Benefits section is for medical, dental etc. The "Why Join Our Team?" is more like selling points. Could be omitted? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could be under Benefits? But Benefits already defined as medical etc. Could create a section "Benefits" and include both formal benefits and these perks? The instruction says only include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state benefits (medical, dental etc). It also states "Why Join Our Team?" which is not exactly benefits but could be considered part of Benefits or maybe we could add a section "About the Team" but not allowed. We could incorporate those points into Benefits section as additional bullet points. That would preserve info.
- Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OR. Also earlier said Remote, must be local to Portland, OR and surrounding areas. There's also "Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Salem,OR." So location: hybrid, based out of Salem, OR, but must be local to Portland OR area. This is location info. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to include in About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could be included in About the role paragraph.
- Pay And Benefits: Pay range $19.00 - $20.50/hr. Then description about compensation factors. Benefits list: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); Short and long-term disability; Health Spending Account (HSA); Transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). Also note eligibility requirements etc.
- Application Deadline: anticipated to close on Sep 28, 2026. This is metadata; could be placed in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But it's not a heading. We can include as a short
maybe after About the role. - About TEKsystems etc: boilerplate, should be removed (navigation/legal/EEO). Must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip all that. Thus final HTML should contain sections: About the role (maybe with location and deadline), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits (including pay? Actually Pay separate), Pay, Benefits. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We need to decide if we need a separate Pay section. Yes, posting states pay range. So include Pay. Benefits section: include the list of benefits plus maybe the "Why Join Our Team?" points. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
Customer Care Specialist
. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:About the role
