About the role
The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to customer phone calls, emails, and field requests professionally and timely
- Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
- Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
- Process customer comments and feedback
- Perform data entry and database maintenance functions
Requirements
- Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 2 years of customer service or retail experience
- Availability to participate in extended hours and weekend shifts
- Juggling multiple projects, providing solutions and having a positive impact on the team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Customer Care tracking software preferred
- Speaking fluency in Spanish is a plus
