Automatic Leasing Service is a family-owned company founded in 1956, dedicated to providing prompt and dependable service. Located in Richmond's Scott's Addition, we are expanding and seek a dynamic leader to join our team.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging
- Identify customer needs through thoughtful questioning and active listening
- Provide timely and accurate solutions using internal systems and tools
- Ensure all customer requests are completed for Next Day Service
- Generate and distribute monthly reports to keep internal teams informed
- Support driver installers in the field as needed
- Help maintain our customer-first reputation
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent (background check and drug screening required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Salesforce
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not required)
Pay & Schedule
Starting at $20.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday (no weekends).
