Responsibilities
- Customer Service - ensuring customer satisfaction
- Selling swim lessons to new customers and meeting monthly targets. This role involves both sales and customer service.
- Answering phones, giving tours, scheduling, and rescheduling customers
- Learning and building relationships with families, interacting with children and maintaining order in a busy facility
- Closing the facility and performing cleaning duties
Requirements
- Outgoing personality
- A passion for working with consumers
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with a point-of-sale system is preferred but not required
