Customer Care Representative

Location: St. Louis Park, MN | Duration: 6-month contract to hire

About the role

This is a fully onsite, 6-month contract-to-hire position where you will handle 80–100 inbound calls daily, schedule vehicle-service appointments, follow up with customers post-appointment, update customer records, and deliver high-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80–100 inbound calls from customers
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service
• Make outbound calls to follow up with guests after appointments
• Update customer information in the internal system
• Provide high-level customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of call-center experience preferred

Pay

$18.00/hour

Schedule

• Four weekdays (Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)—you choose one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
• Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
